TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR SELECTION KNOW THAT:

Beginners Course (our foundation classes) regardless of your fitness level, if you have not done yoga or have little experience this is the best place to start.
You will learn alignment principles and basic standing, sitting and inverted poses.

Please note that our Level classes are not therapy classes and do not cater for inexperienced students with health/joints issues.

Level 1 requires some yoga experience, at least basic alignment & basic poses which are taught in our beginners course. Here students may have 1 year regular practice and some over 5 years! For various reasons these students may prefer to continue their practice at this level.
Here we continue with foundation poses and explore basic backbends, twists, forwards, arm balances and inversions.

Level 2 requires a minimum of 2 years regular practice and students are expected to understand the prep work and alignment for inverted poses such as hand, arm & head balance. Students are able to perform these poses unaided at the wall or ready to practice them with aid. A deeper practice is presented in this class.

Level 3 is for long term practitioners and yoga teachers. Booking is required. Casual attendance is not available, you need a current term pass. Deep backbends and arm balance poses are practiced and inversions are held 5 to 10 minutes.

Ashtanga Vinyasa This is a Led class practice of the First Series. Instructions, adjustments and corrections are given and when the need arises we may spend time to explore a pose more deeply. Props are used to assist with various physical limitations. Suitable for Level 1 and above.

Hatha 60+ is for students with physical limitations or recovering from an injury or illness. Booking is required and places are given in priority to students who can commit to a weekly attendance. More info please click here
