I’ve practised yoga with Hills Yoga for many years and have always appreciated the depth of knowledge, care and discipline brought to every class. I’ve particularly valued the focus on correct technique, injury prevention and understanding how different bodies respond to poses and movement. The teaching is technically precise and grounded in a disciplined, lifelong practice, with corrections given thoughtfully and always with the student’s wellbeing and limitations in mind.

The classes are welcoming and supportive, but also appropriately challenging. Students are encouraged to work properly within their own ability, with variations and supports always offered to improve poses. What stands out most to me is the genuine care shown towards students’ long-term progress, health and confidence, combined with a calm, respectful and highly experienced approach to teaching.
